- ARRIVE at the St Capitol no later than 9am. Plan ahead for parking.
- The Parade starts at 10am at the 100 block of Hillsborough St.
- This is a 1 mile non-motorized vehicle parade. Children are welcome.
- Dress: festive, colorful & whimsical Wings & fun headbands provided
